“We were visiting our daughter at school and getting her moved out for the summer. We were looking for a place we could relax in, cook our meals, be near Swat, and be able to jump out to Philly as well as visit family in the area. Russ’s property was ideal. We had room for all, the listing is accurate. We had a little trouble with the WiFi but Russ had it sorted without problem. We’ll definitely return!”

“This place was a nice gem to find! The beds are very comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The bathroom, especially the shower, were shiny and clean. There was plenty of lounging space in the living room. Great find!”

“This apartment is beautiful and relaxing. The pictures online are spot on, and it was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The only downside, which others have mentioned, is the noise from the road out-front is very loud so I could see that bothering some people trying to sleep. We sleep with a TV on at home so the tv drowned out the noise of the traffic. I would definitely stay here again and have……

“Spent a long weekend back home in Philly. Great location in Devon, near Wayne-- discovered Minella's Diner. Pricey, but satisfied everyone. The apartment, the main floor of a divided house slept four comfortably. The highlight of this experience was the incredibly responsive manager, Dave. I like getting the door code and other info 24 hrs. in advance-- that made the travel day less stressful. Also, when we discovered a leak in the house, he was on it within an hour (nothing serious). “We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating.”
