“Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price.”

“We were visiting our daughter at school and getting her moved out for the summer. We were looking for a place we could relax in, cook our meals, be near Swat, and be able to jump out to Philly as well as visit family in the area. Russ’s property was ideal. We had room for all, the listing is accurate. We had a little trouble with the WiFi but Russ had it sorted without problem. We’ll definitely return!”

“This place was just the quiet retreat my husband and I needed. It was perfect for a short get away from every day life. It was cozy and very comfortable. Great host! Cautious, the stairs are steep going in and out but the hosts did a great job keeping up with salting then for us. Would definitely come back!!”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……

“Spent a long weekend back home in Philly. Great location in Devon, near Wayne-- discovered Minella's Diner. Pricey, but satisfied everyone. The apartment, the main floor of a divided house slept four comfortably. The highlight of this experience was the incredibly responsive manager, Dave. I like getting the door code and other info 24 hrs. in advance-- that made the travel day less stressful. Also, when we discovered a leak in the house, he was on it within an hour (nothing serious). “The Loft was great to downtown Kennett Square. Very clean, owner had coffee and suugars available to use. Blow dryer, soaps, shampoo, ect. Steep stairs into the loft, bit of a challenge with luggage. ”

“This property is lovely, lavender and flowers are beautiful and well cared for, quiet, perfect for a relaxing time while visiting family close by. Kate Miller was so welcoming and her eye for decorating is wonderful, down to the smallest detail. The farm is beautiful and the birds fly from tree to barn to ground to feed. Zoe the corgi puppy loves to visit in the morning. Thank you Kate and Chris for a relaxing place to put our feet up and think, contemplate, relax. ”
