“At first appearance we were more than skeptical. The property was under a massive renovation. I had learned this through recent reviews. But what i saw was a litte crazy and I'm in construction. Dumpster right at the entrance, furniture outside, furniture visible in rooms that was viewable. Upon checkin, which was very pleasant. Front desk was jammed in a small office as lobby is part of renovation. The desk clerk, who i am going to assume was possibly the owner, at least the manager was a……

“Good place”

“Liked it. Been coming here for years when i used to live in the area,so coming from outta town was good to know they still reliable. Water took a little long to warmup,but other than that,no issues...”

“It was clean comfortable and quiet. The only real negative was the poor Wi-Fi.”

“I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid.”

“Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. ”
