“We stayed at the second property on the site, Lavender Lane Cottage, which was a lovely newly refurbished 200 year old cottage. It had three double bedrooms(one upstairs) an open plan kitchen, dining area and living area which was all minimalistic but modern and had every amenity we needed for our stay (Con even left us tea/coffee/bread and milk) We felt at home straightaway and all said we could live there. The bathroom was again modern in an old worldly setting, with plenty of hot water……

“If you like dirty worn out carpet, mop and bucket in the kitchen, vacuum under the dining table, chairs on top of the table, extra fees for towels and heat, corroded front door lock then this is the place for you. Booked for two nights, left after one, this place is terrible!!!!!! Leaky shower, lights burnt out, dirty, filthy Windows.”
