“We recently stayed at this house on Lopez Island and, while it has a beautiful view and the potential to be charming, it’s important to know what to expect. The house had an eerie, somewhat neglected feel to it. There were bugs inside, a noticeable odor, and it didn’t seem ready for guests—very bare with no Wi-Fi. “We enjoyed it, but some constructive criticism. * The door keypad code should be shortened. A 10-digit code is ridiculous. I believe 4 or 5 is adequate and would eliminate much frustration. *We rented after reading an April review noting the primary shower was terrible. The plumbing fixtures are old and not functional. The owner replied that the problem would be fixed. Well, it was not, and my we had to endure a trickle shower. I used the guest bath, but my wife likes the privacy of her bath.……
