"The team member at reception was just great. We had asked for a room close to the reception area and on the first floor due to my oxygen requirement and they provided it. The breakfast could have been warmer but it was sufficient."

"This is my family’s second stay in this house. I grew up in Hamilton and come back home for the holidays with my kids (and now grandkids). The house is very clean and provides what we need- a clean place to sleep and shower, and prep/cook food to bring to the gathering. The host is great to work ..."
