Great combination of modern, industrial, simple craftsman, and so much character! The view of the river and the various wildlife we got to enjoy made you feel like you were pretty isolated, yet conveniently located in town. “We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was clean and beautiful inside. We enjoyed the firepit and the grill. It was nice to be able to cook meals while there. Communication with host was excellent. ”

“We love staying here. It is our go to vacation spot in the area. We love this place like it’s our own. Wonderful hosts and wonderful communication with the property management team. Mike and Jane are great individuals and we love love this place.”

“I’m so thankful for Joe’s place! I brought my teenagers with me and they loved it too, fantastic location, a slice of heaven - so peaceful and being on the salmon river and steps away from the beach of Lake Ontario was a true blessing. Bring your own fishing equipment, you won’t catch much from the dock during this time - maybe a tiny brown trout or bass, gotta get out on the boat, didn’t catch anything at most access points. Got NY fishing license easily at woodys tackle shop, between Ace……

“This beachfront house is perfect for a family getaway. Easy access to the beach and nice family space. We had both houses on this property but the front house was our hangout space.”

“Great place at the end of a snowmobile trail spur that is groomed. Leave from the driveway, 200 yards and you're riding. The hosts are very nice people and are friendly to chat with. ”

“Great place on the lake, very well kept and property is ran very well. Great communication from owner and excellent experience ”

“Beautiful home on water. Landscapping around house was very nice. We came in cooler, rainy weather but in warm, dry weather, you could fish, kayak right off the dock area! And you could eat all your meals out on the deck and gather around a fire at night. ”
