The air conditioner did not work in all the rooms they did offer us a fan. The sinks were clogged all the tables in the pool area were super dirty with dead bees on them and spider webs it literally looked like an abandoned pool area. The front staff african american lady was super rude.

The entire place was dirty. The lobby was dead, the rooms were dirty, they had trash overflowing outside on each floor by the stairs. There was no complimentary breakfast like it said on the app so it’s false advertisement. I feel like I should get a full refund back for the stay. Motels would have been a much better choice comparing to this place.

The air conditioner was not working at all my son got shocked when he try to turn the jacuzzi on their was broken glass all over the pool area and it was very dirty.

So upon arrival I was told that the ac unit was out for the entire stay, but the receptionist/ worker said that the rooms weren’t that bad so I gave it a shot, BIG mistake. After I parked I walked to the gate to entire the hotel , and the gate locks weren’t working , which meant anyone can walk onto the property, definitely not safe. After I starts walking to the room I noticed doors wide open and I realized I was on the 3rd level, which meant it was going to be worse than described. When i enter the room, I’m hot the the worst mildewed smelling air just sitting in the room like a thickness of mildew in the air that was unbearable. I tried to cool the room off for the first 30 minutes by opening all windows. Nothing happened. I tried to just cancel the room and leave with any kind of refund , but I left with no hesitation, because I would rather lose money than to ever stay a a place that treats their customers like trash. Bad customer service was given, the lady acted like she was gonna get fired and didn’t care about customers service . Very dismissing of me and my family. This hotel seemed like an amazing place, but upon entering I realized it is ran like a brothel and not a resort.

Homeless sleeping in cars in parking lot. Broken property gate locks. Garbage in hallways. Broken elevator. Broken appliances on balcony.

The place is falling apart. Staff not friendly. None of the staff cares which means the owners don’t care either. Stained carpets. Ripped dirty broken curtains. No ice machines. Broken elevator had to lug everything up and down steep steps to enter and exit room. Rooms have a smell. Switched rooms but had same unclean odor. Trash over filled outdoor trash cans. Mini fridge left in walk way. Will never stay there again.
