Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood. My GPS screwed me up and led me astray, but the hosts were terrific helping me find them. I……

“I showed up to the property and they couldnt find the reservation. The owner did not leave me on the list and they couldn't get a hold of the owner his phone was off. I waited an hour in a half and nobody could get a hold of him i inboxed him and still nothing. I had to find another place to stay. And it has been over 24 hours and still have not heard from the owner. The receptionist could not helpe nor get me a refund. Soooo upset...terrible terrible terrible”

“Great AC for 100+ weather. Clean, god bed. Supplies all there. Contact with host was initially difficult, WiFi information given wasn’t working, and broken items such as curtain bracket & closet pulls as well as mustiness made it less desirable. The price was right for what we got though.”
