“We stayed 5 nights at this relatively new property on a quiet residential street. Everything was clean, modern & well maintained. The owner was very responsive in providing clear check-in instructions & responded quickly to a query about operation of the climate control system. The reason for the overall 4 rating is that the furnishings are a bit lacking. There is no coffee table in the LR and no chairs in any of the bedrooms. “The house was very roomy. It was clean. It could use a little updating. The master bathroom tub had non working jets. The hot tub didn’t heat up. Some of the kitchen cabinets were broken and some handles. There is also no shower for the downstairs guest rooms except for the master bath. ”

“House was just as pictured. When we walked in, the house smelled really clean which felt relaxing! We loved that there was an alley to go through and park in the back. There's a little gated area for the pups which was great. We really enjoyed our stay at Ms. Amandas house. If we're ever back in McAllen we would definitely book with her agajn! ”

“We had a great time in our time in the house, great spaces and big kitchen. For the outside terrace I would advise to put a fence around it as every morning the ducks and geese from the lake came and made it dirty.”

“This beautiful home was the perfect place to return to after long days of hard work. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and absolutely gorgeous. We especially loved the pool and hot tub — such a treat! There’s plenty of space for everyone to either unwind on their own or gather and socialize. All the rooms are private and very comfortable. The host was incredible — responsive, kind, and thoughtful. Instructions for things like the hot tub were easy to find and follow, which made everything smooth and……

“The house was nice and felt safe and comfortable. It does need a little maintenance as one of the kitchen cabinet doors is falling off and is a safety hazard. Primary bath cabinet door is completely off. The sponge and scrubber in the kitchen were used and the paper towel and toilet paper rolls were not full and there were no extras. “Super quaint little home. Clean. Quiet. Me and my children enjoyed our stay during spring break. We were in town for the State Powerlifting meet. I am widowed as of 6 months ago and get anxious about safe places to stay with my kids. This was nice. ”

“The rental is in a gated community. It is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was super clean. The owner was super great at responding to us. There is a washer and dryer wguch is great, so make sure to bring some detergent if you're likr me and hate to get home with dirty clothes. Make sure to bring your own toiletries and a hair dryer if you need one. Crystal was a super host. We will definitely rent this of we need it in the future. ”

“The property was amazing to stay at. It was a place where we can come and go freely without interruptions of neighbors or interruptions being too noisy. We were able to receive guest, and we were still comfortable within reason. Made vacation feel like you were at home.
