“E' la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e devo dire che nel complesso non è niente male, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camere spaziose e ben arredate con tutti i confort necessari, colazione ottima, cena buona ( nella media delle struttura 4* in spagna, bene o male c'è sempre qualcosa di buono da mangiare ). “We came to this hotel after the original hotel we booked was disgusting, this hotel is amazing. Especially the royal level adults only. 5 star service, golf buggies to take you places, welcome drinks at every meal and on arrival, lindor chocolate and turn down service, amazing food. “The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand?
But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast.
Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team.

“Excellent service and good restaurants aloow guests to stay inside the hotel or nearby if they want to. Good location, sufficiently quiet but with enough shops and bars in the area. My main problem was with the noise from surrounding rooms, which affected sleep and rest, due to insufficient sound insulation, combined with the fact that the hotel caters to family with young children.”

“A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars.
The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful.
The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe.
Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May.
Dining room offered a large selection in breakfast options including freshly made omelettes. If you left hungry it would be your fault not the hotels.

“This aparthotel is pleasing on the eye overall with two small pools.
The basic apartment we stayed in did show some wear & tear.
Apart from the loud music every night, the hotel made up for it at breakfast with a buffet breakfast with a great selection to suit every pallet from hot & cold to fruit, yoghurt & much more. The dining area was large, so everyone was able to have their own table.”
