“Fabulous holiday in this hotel. Apartment was great, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area were all excellent. The large balcony/terrace made the holiday. Fantastic views, sun from approximately 11am onwards. Space for 2 sun beds with room for table and chairs. Very private. The receptionist, Gabriela was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. “Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“das zimmer war sehr schön und gross. leider war kein Kingsize bett enthalten sondern zwei einzelne Betten die schnell auseinander gleiten. die Lautstärke von schreienden Kindern und dem benachbarten Hard Rock Hotel waren manchmal störend. Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch ausserordentlich sehr früh möglich. mir fehlte eine schuhbürste da die Insel sehr staubig ist.”
