“We booked for just one night. First problem when we got to the room the bathroom toilet had urine and was not flushed. So that tells me they didn’t clean the room. The water was so weak that it was like a mist to take a shower. Not worth the $116 the night. ”

“Fue horrible, la mujer que me atendió fue súper grosera por teléfono, avisó media hora DESPUÉS de la hora del check in que cancelaba la reservación, entiendo que no tenía agua en la propiedad pero eso debió avisarlo por lo menos un día antes, nos dejó a mi familia y a mi sin alojamiento ese mismo día! Horrible experiencia ”

“The resort was nice, we didn't realize how big it was when we reserved. Presidential suites is very out of the way and this resort is huge. It was quiet, clean, the cleaning staff and service were excellent. A problem we had was that the cold water in our shower didn't work, and took 3 days to address. The same for restocking our fridge (restocked half way in a week long stay, after requesting numerous times), staff CONSTANTLY calling in the morning. The resort is huge, and you will be walking……
