“This is a beautiful hotel. However, were disappointed to learn the pool was closed due to construction. We had planned to spend the afternoon relaxing and getting some sun. We learned that evening from the customer service texting service we could have used the pool at their hotel next door. I felt the front desk service should have offered this to us at the time they told us the pool was closed.
