“All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!”

“This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi.……

“Hotel was good but slighlty outdated. Nice golf course Nice heated outdoor pools. Breakfast lunch and finner was good. Parking should be free, not sure why they were charging £10/day when the hotel is outside of the city centre.”
