“We chose to stay at the Toe River Retreat based upon the views and outdoor space, beautiful interior and cool garage rec space...and it did not dissapoint! When we arrived the interior was every bit as welcoming as it looked in the pictures, and it was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. However, we really did not stay inside much because the outdoor space was awesome and the views were amazing and ever changing. It was the first place I went when I woke up and after each days……

“The house was very clean and well stocked. It was remodeled with new appliances. Short walking distance to downtown.”

“We came from Ohio to visit Family in Tennessee and this cute little house that was remodeled was perfect for us. Nice to have a kitchen stocked and plenty of towels. The washer and dryer helped so we didn’t have laundry to do when we returned home. Would love to stay again in the future.”

“Our family came to the area for a soccer tournament. This home was the perfect option for being able to spread out, have our own food and drinks, and to be able to wash uniforms, etc. We felt safe and comfortable here. The little details- like laundry detergent and snacks- made our stay so much more enjoyable. It would be good to note that this home is located on a busy street. Thank you for a great and affordable stay! ”

“Apple on the Hill was the perfect getaway! We loved the location: scenic view close to town but still far from neighbors The house had everything we needed, including the coffee maker and coffee! The decor and antiques were lovely. Loved the story of the family and so glad Kathy and Becky were able to keep this treasure. Great communication too. Not too far from Biltmore Estate. ”

“Had a great long weekend stay with 12 Friends. House was clean and offered plenty of bathrooms for our group. Location is great. Many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Thanks Again”

“We were in the area visiting family and the cabin was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and well stocked for anything we needed. We especially loved the screened porch and enjoyed our coffee there every morning. I hope to stay again the next time we visit.”

“You cannot beat the views. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away, this is a lovely home to do so. We had an unexpected delay with our check in date because the water pump went out. But, the owners were kind and flexible. They were will to provide some options that allowed us to still get into the house as soon as the maintenance work was done. And, they stayed in close contact giving us updates along the way, as well as texted to ensure we arrived and were settled in. They left us……

“We had a great weekend stay in Wolf Laurel! We had excellent communication with the owner and the house was a great fit for our group (4 couples) and plenty of room to entertain a bigger group. It was a rainy weekend while we were there but the view of the golf course was amazing! Definitely bringing the clubs for our next trip!!”
