“The place is very nice and close to prime locations. ”

“House was nice overall. Had all the of the amenities needed. Lots of great activities. The view from the top of the house was amazing. The house smelled a little like smoke when you first walked in. The hot water was not great and the shower between the two bedrooms needs a little work. ”

“Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually……

“We had a group of 11 stay here for a bachelor trip. The house was exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything the city has to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin!”

“This was a small but very efficient house to stay. It was perfect for my weekend and very comfortable. I slept well and the bed was very comfortable. The train was noisy and shook the house but there was a fan in the closet and it drowned out the noise so I was able to sleep well. I felt safe at the property and would definitely stay again. “We stayed at the house for a few nights to visit family nearby. The backyard is a beautiful retreat. The fenced yard is wonderful if brining your pup to give them a place to wander around. The home is very clean and well maintained. The renovations at the property are very well done We will be back in March and hope to be able to use the pools and outdoor seating areas with the warmer temperatures. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay! One of our favorites so far! Very dog friendly. Our girls loved walking the trails and playing back at the cabin in the fenced in area. Felt completely safe letting them off leash to play. The Cabin is super cute and well stocked with some basics for humans and fur babies! Thank you so much for your hospitality! ”

“This safe, quiet residential location can't be beat for easy strolling to cafes, restaurants, shops and music venues. The dog-friendly nature is also a big plus. We felt the place was lacking some basic amenities when we checked in, including coat hangers, facial tissues, and coffee; management was beyond gracious in getting us everything we requested in short order. All that said, the space is a little shabby: the upholstery was stained, the carpets were dirty, there was mold on the shower……

“Our stay was great and the team was fairly attentive. The property was clean and a perfect fit for our group! Only issue was that we were having hot water issues and they tried to send someone to troubleshoot. However, when their solution did not work, we did not receive any other options to fix it. Also, with the electric door code deactivating at 10 am, be sure not to leave anything behind! We were unable to open the door minutes after we left to retrieve a forgotten item. Getting ahold of the……
