“We went for our anniversary for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time or rest and relaxation. When we entered the room we had a nice surprise with chocolates and wine. The company communicated with us every day to ensure we had every thing we needed. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. They have a wonderful seafood restaurant (Tims on the Lake) next door within walking distance from the hotel which was perfect. I highy recommend this hidden gem! ”

“Did not give me the room I had paid for, gave me a smaller room and I had 4 kids with me. I had paid for king bed with a sofa bed, they gave me 2 queen beds. Then when I get into the room there is food on the ground, in the drawers, the lamp was broken, the cabinet door for the fridge was broken so we had to use a shoe to hold it closed, mold in the bathroom.”

“It is so cute. We stayed in the Rapidan. It was lovely but the bathroom could use some updating. The exterior needs help which is sad because it is both historical and charming.
