“We had a great time at this hotel stay. Room was nice and clean. No issues, other than the top floor and lounge wasn’t accessible due to construction and the elevators were a little slow and quirky from time to time. Nothing a little practiced patience couldn’t solve.”

“Wonderful hotel! The staff is so nice the rooms are very clean and the courtyard around the pool is quiet. I do wish they did not heat the pool so much however. It's hot enough in New Orleans and when you come out of jazz fest it would be nice to dive into a coolish pool. The hot water spa spills over into the pool so it's quite warm and not refreshing. I suppose it might be soothing in the winter but New Orleans in early May is more like the summer everywhere else.”
