“It was very spacious, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The rooms were very large and cozy! Plenty of off street parking and close to town and Clarkson University. ”

“Quinn did an amazing job of communicating all the details of our trip and left detailed instructions on the house. The house was perfect for my elderly in-laws who love to come to Coles Creek state park camping, but struggle with the whole tent camping experience. The only downfall they mentioned was the house is right next to a bridge. When trucks go over the bridge it is very loud and scared their cat into hiding every time; it sounds like a gunshot. Otherwise, it was great and we will……

“Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam.”
