Excellent support from the host.Home is for sale which may have contributed to a few things that didnt meet the luxury standard implied by the property title, including a small dock area, a broken garbage disposal, no umbrella with the outdoor table and not enough silverware for an 8 person house. 4 out 5 stars due to the great location and helpful host.”

“I stayed here with my 3 young children for a short getaway and we had such a wonderful time. While I was ready to take them to do some exploring in town, they didn't want to leave. We pretty much lived on the cute beach they have on the river. Beth is such a beautiful soul and really made our time so enjoyable. We went on the kayaks, relaxed in the hot tub, had a fire every night, played some golf, and my son's personal favorite, caught about 1000 frogs. The kids are already asking when we can……

“Quinn did an amazing job of communicating all the details of our trip and left detailed instructions on the house. The house was perfect for my elderly in-laws who love to come to Coles Creek state park camping, but struggle with the whole tent camping experience. The only downfall they mentioned was the house is right next to a bridge. When trucks go over the bridge it is very loud and scared their cat into hiding every time; it sounds like a gunshot. Otherwise, it was great and we will……

Large back porch to drink your morning coffee while enjoying nature, beautiful wood design on inside of home and large downstairs space with many windows to let in the sunshine. huge fire pit outback with great napping hammock. The owner was a genuine kind person that we could tell was proud to show off the home and unique features. Would love to return in the future!”

“Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam.”
