We never could get the host to respond to us or VRBO!! The communication attempts continued until the very last minute! Ultimately we had to cancel!! This host should never be allowed to conduct services any longer!! There were no other places to stay for my family traveling out of state, as booking reservations were full! We……

“The location of the unit is nice. Walking distance to several places, or a short Uber anywhere in Omaha. We only had 3 towels for 4 people, in a unit that says up to 5 guests. All sink/shower drains were completely clogged. They use a key cafe for key access/drop off, that did not work when we were trying to leave. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach anyone by phone or email, and were unable to return our keys to the directions they required. Overall a nice stay, but the amenities/customer……
