“The photos accurately reflected exactly what we found inside this simply appointed rental. What we didn’t expect was the sort of vibe or energy we felt from the moment we parked. We found ourselves describing it as ‘romantic.’ The building’s freshly painted exterior is pleasing and it’s easy to see the potential as we walked through the currently being updated/remodeled hall up to the well marked front door. “Same issues as others in the review. Drove 3 hours to get there just to have no check in instructions. Neither myself nor Vrbo could get in touch with the host so after about an hour and a half, I ended up turning around and going home. How this property is still listed is beyond me. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect and as pictured. Smooth check in process and Eric was very handy with recommendations for places to eat since I have food allergies. This location was easy to get in and out of & the perfect location for all the things we had planned in Omaha as well. Easy process, cute place, good location, and Eric was very kind, easy to get a hold of, and quickly responded to all messaging before, during, and at the end of our stay. “It was good!! I think it was in the middle of remodel - not very cleanly outside the room. Smaller room. Would love to go on balcony, but door locked. ”

“The property and neighborhood was as described and it fit our needs. Suggestions:We think we are tech savvy, but maybe not. Add a tutorial for working the TV. The apps froze often and we had problems getting them unstuck.The living room is a little cramped for two old folks AND two Grandkids. Maybe another chair?The dining area chairs are VERY hard. Seating pads would go a long way.A full size kitchen trash bin should be added.”

“Our hosts, Brent and Sarah, were terrific! They responded very promptly, assisted us with specific requests to support accommodations for our 16 month old twin grandsons & supplying a griddle & crockpot for us to use. The home was immaculate! The beds and bathrooms were terrific and the home was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and putting green. The landscaping was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. We went for walks as well. Our family had a wonderful time……

“Charming home. Beds were comfortable & home was clean. The master suite upstairs was hot when we got there, but we were able to get the window a/c unit going so by the time we went to bed that night it was cooled down & was able to keep it cool the whole time we were there. I’d recommend checking that room as soon as you get there so you have a couple of hours to cool it off if needed. There’s a small side yard and table and chairs on the back patio that were nice too. “Check in was easy. House was clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. ”

Also, there is great communication from the property manager/owner. They are quick to answer any potential questions. The check in process is also very easy. Would strongly recommend this place!”
