“The place was within walking distance to the beach and awesome shelling. The unit was nice but I wouldn’t stay there with kids due to many spindles being missing from the staircase. Also, issue with the WiFi but was told to use another units WiFi and password and it worked. Saw manatees, jumping mullets and iguanas. Perfect for adults to unwind.”

“This was our third stay at Magnolia. The house is always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything that we like to do. We will plan to stay here again! ”

“From the moment we walked in at Villagoona, we felt at home! This is hands-down the best vacation rental we have stayed at. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying both the pool and lanai, which are even better than in the pictures. We fished every day, and caught snapper, jack, and other fish! Communications with the host Ruth and caretaker Steve were fantastic. We had everything we needed for our stay both inside and out, including bikes, pool toys and floats, fishing rods, and all……

“Loved our stay! Jesse was great in communicating back to me when I asked he call me not because anything was wrong but I simply had to ask him something. I was completely amazed at the little things that I found including bug spray and batteries just to mention a couple of things. It definitely felt like we were home and not renting a house for a week…we definitely enjoyed that beautiful deck where my son would have spent the entire time fishing had he been allowed to. The 1st morning we went……

“The stay was an excellent experience! Its a nice property located close to the beach. There is a canal in the backyard so we had the joy of seeing some manatees. Being that it is a dog friendly place it allowed us the joy of taking our dogs with on vacation. The place was nicely decorated and spacious. I'd recommend others bring a blanket if cold easily as there was only one extra in the rental. There were also no oven mitts when we stayed which was slightly inconvenient for couple times we used……
