“At first we were a little put off because we did not understand that the owners lived onsite ( the listing mentioned that they would be seen onsite tending to the property). The vrbo is towards the front of the house and the owners lived towards the back where the easy access to the pool is located. Every morning we could smell them making breakfast and coffee. “Cottage A of the Naples Coquina cottages was just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quaint, and the perfect size for a seven day stay. Two blocks from the beach near the Naples pier, it did not lack for any need during the week. Despite the new hotel construction across the street it was it was relatively quiet and clean all week. Walking distances to many restaurants, shops and neighborhoods which meant we parked the car and barely used it all week. The property host, Kate was super……

“My husband and I stayed mid-March for 7 days. The weather cooperated and it was sunny and mid-70’s all week! The Ibis cottage was perfect for the two of us and it was far enough away from the commerce area that it was peaceful and quiet. We never ran out of activities and excursions mixed in with beach days. It was very helpful to have the Tradewinds beach available as all the other beaches were challenging to find parking. If there was any downside to our stay it was the lack of laundry……

“Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within……
