“Overall we had a fantastic time in this really unique place and it is very well located for a trip on the mountains with access to good dining. The host was very responsive. The hot tub was unfortunately out of service during our stay but the host was very good about communicating it ahead of time and offering a partial refund. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again. ”

“Great place to stay for exploring the surrounding countryside or when skiing. Fireplace/fire pit are perfect amenities to have for the weather in the winter months. Tim was an excellent host and responded in a timely and professional order every time our group had a question. Would stay again!”

“Communication was excellent, the place was very clean, lots of dishes, forks, spoons, well everything was nice. A couple of maintenance issues but they were explained and didn't inconvenience me at all. Two things, if you are arriving at night, the building numbers are on the far-left end of the building, white with red background and blending into the second-floor balcony railing. “We had a great time at the riverside nest! Just a few minutes to attitash, we were at the mountain everyday for early runs. The house is well equipped and had plenty of space for our family of 4. “Had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation at this beautiful oversized A frame. Although the river access is very tough from the property, there are hundreds of miles of national forest along the river within foot steps of the property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Conway region as it’s river sounds therapeutic and is so close to all local attractions (summer, fall or winter)”

“A perfect ski house for our two families: 4 adults, 4 kids (ages 6-10). The layout is great for lounging and the mudroom is perfect to remove ski gear and store it all. Kitchen was well equipped and rooms were like a hotel!”

“We had 9 guests (grandparents, parents, and five kids ages 9-16). There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything you could possibly need available in the home. The decor is so cozy, unique, and comfortable. There are cute and fun little details everywhere. The hot tub is huge and has LED lights and lots of jets (kids loved this). There’s a big yard to play in, quiet neighborhood roads to walk, a game room with something for everyone, and located minutes to downtown North Conway.……
