The hot tub was great after a long ski day. The kids were entertained by the arcade games and ping pong. The large heated garage was perfect to all the ski gear storage, Kitchen was well equipped for making easy meals (waffle iron was another hit with the kids). The hosts were helpful answering questions before and during. Highly……

“It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience……
