“We had a lovely stay in the A-Frame! It was such a an easy drive to nearby hikes and North Conway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a campfire, a movie, and the Sonos speakers. We wished we had stayed longer, and will definitely be back!”

“We arrives a few minutes before our 3pm ck in, the door does not unlock until exactly ck in time. The place was cozy and warm, all the rooms were clean. The only downfall would be if you want privacy it’s not going to happen. The 2nd and 3rd floor are loft style. Rental is better for the winter ”

“Little Shore Lodge was the perfect house for us. Plenty of space to spread out and have alone time in addition to having enough space to gather as a group. Lots of fun stuff for the kids too. Can’t wait to come back again. ”

“This house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 7 kids. The hot tub was also a huge hit!!! Tim responded quickly to messages and made sure we were taken of. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need allowing us to make home cooked meals for the whole clan. Highly recommend!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“The house was clean and updated, had closets to store clothing, and a nice layout for hanging with family. The kitchen was well stocked, with new appliances. There were some spices, coffee filters, sugar packets and creamers. We enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of stacked wood, chairs and small tables around it and string lights hung on the trees. Also, a lighted path to guide you there from the yard. Communication was great, instructions were clear, and I would highly recommend staying……

“Wonderful stay in the North Conway area. The property is very clean, comfortable, and updated. The space and amenities were perfect for our family of two adults and two children. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. The location is great - 15 min to Attitash and less than 10 min to restaurants and downtown North Conway. “An adorable little house for the week our floors were being done (last week of March). Nice property that would be superb in any season (but obviously a bit muddy when all is thawing). Dog fence would be terrific, but we did fine without as our pups are pretty obedient. Thankfully no bear, deer or coyote sightings to get our crazy Goldie wound up.
