“This two-bedroom condo at the foot of Jay Peak was perfect for our family of four on a late-season ski trip. The slope access was awesome, and the condo is close to both resort and town amenities. “The stay was wonderful. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The shuttle service in the resort is excellent. We would have liked a wood fireplace instead of gas, but it did the job. The only thing that we were disappointed in was that access to the pool was not included with our rental. I did not see this in the description or any of the emails. The woman running the pool was VERY nice and gave us a complimentary pool day as she mentioned that some packages include it……

“Kitchen had only two frying pans both with worn-peeling Teflon, pots non-stick. bath mats disgusting, heater in bath did not work, 1980 kitchen and furniture.Excellent mattress, unit has nice layout, location is ski to lift if the trail is open. Rated a 3 only becuase of location and matress.”

“Property was clean, as expected, and location was great. Family had very nice stay with convenient skiing and water park. Check in was tough because the inside of the lock had frozen so key didn’t go in. The snow/ice got in there somehow and took 30min to chip/take out. Maybe a storm door would help but this is the first time I’ve seen anything like this so likely a one-off. ”

“We really loved the location of this condo, being able to ski in/out so easily. It's on a green run and there's a free lift that takes you up to connect over to ticketing etc, so even if you need to get new lift tickets you can ski out.The condo has great space for a group with adults and kids, separate living area for kids on the lower level. “On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television.
