“Great Place to stay , very quiet and relaxing”

“The stay was absolutely amazing and so unique, the property is so gorgeous and spacious for our group and so private with no one else nearby. The living areas outside are so relaxing and the spaces gets great sunlight all around the island! The housekeeper and boat captain are so nice and helpful. My family loved the outdoor games, hammock, and there’s a great low wading area so close to the island that’s fantastic to swim in during high and low tide and is CRYSTAL clear. “We could not have imagined a more perfect stay. The bed was so comfortable and the porch was perfection. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. Snorkeling within a short walk to the beach to swim around to our view, we saw grouper, tang, angels, lobster, barracuda, seastars, sanddollars, and a lot more. “My wife and I loved our stay at High Seas. The property is exactly as described, but I want to emphasize how peaceful it is—perfectly safe and serene, with only the sound of waves (and frogs!) in the background. Even during the strong winds from Hurricane Erin passing not too far from the Bahamas, the house remained completely quiet with all windows closed. Communication with Jackie was smooth and effortless; he accommodated all our requests and provided plenty of helpful tips for exploring……

“Every year a bunch of friends choose a spot in the Bahamas to go and spend 4-5 days and enjoy fishing, swimming and local hot spots. This years choice was perfect for us. We were able to keep our 62’ boat on site for the guys to take out daily for morning fishing. Ladies would hang back at the house and swim in pool or take golf carts (which I highly recommend your renting) and go to beach or local bar/restaurant. Edsol, an onsite property mgr would stop by daily to see if we had any issues. One……

“This is a magical place. Most incredible sunsets, lovely great room. Interesting artwork. Unusual building layout. Stunning property with easy access to the most beautiful water full of vibrant sea life that we lost ourselves in for hours. Brenda and Tom are very nice and helpful. They offered lots of excellent suggestions. The only negative is that the property needs TLC, but the hosts are definitely working on improvements.
