“宿泊予約をして、宿泊料金も支払い済みでしたが、チェックイン方法についての案内が18時になってもなくチェックイン場所にたどり着くのに、貴重な観光の時間を浪費してしまいました。予約が見つからないとの説明を受けて途方にくれました。代替宿泊先を手配いただいて事なきを得ましたが、夕日鑑賞の貴重な時間を失ってしまい、とても残念な思いです。”

“I did not even stay at this place because it does not seem to exist. I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes. I could not find parking anywhere close, long story short, I ended up parking, had to walk a half hour to the address, walk up a flight of stairs, and there are several apartments advertised but not the one I booked with. I asked someone who worked there who had never heard of the place. I……
