“Wow! Right on the water with a fantastic view. Nice and private except the neighbors took it upon themselves to take the lawn chairs provided for our property and use them. Pictures of property are accurate. There were no lights in the carport and that was unacceptable and one of the guests said they saw a roach in the tub. My guests also said the Wi-Fi didn’t work. It’s also time for some minor maintenance but my family and I enjoyed our stay. Lastly, the entrance to the property needs traffic……

“Perfect location for us 23 miles to key west. Restaurants near by, pool, fishing pier. Can't wait to come back and do it all over again!”

“Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable. ”

“Great week in the Florida Keys. Home was extremely clean, very well equipped, had everything you needed to make you feel at home. Each bedroom had it's own ensuite bath and it was perfect for two couples. Location was excellent and would not hesitate to book here again.Thanks Melanie!”

“This house is beautiful, it’s an old Keys style home, nautical, clean, beautiful views, we spent most of our time in the pool. Great place to just get away and relax. Love that is was off the beaten path. The palm trees, coconuts and yard is beautiful. The owner answered us almost immediately for any needs or questions we had. Will definitely make this a yearly trip. ”

“There was mold around all the windows and doors. Oven did not work but the convection oven did. A lot of lights and fans did not work. Overall living space was clean and worked well for 3 couples. Almost forgot, screen needs secured on the porch. Bugs can get in. ”

“The cabin and pool were perfect. Fantastic restaurants very nearby. Only thing I was a little disappointed in was the shoreline and fishing. No beach and very shallow water throughout the entire bay. I'd definitely stay here again, just plan on traveling if you're looking to catch any fish.”

“This property is clean and adequate. Close to the lower keys, and easy to get to the upper keys and back. The listing indicates that there is a washer and dryer; however, these are coin-operated and in a different part of the compound, not in the unit. There has been road work done in the area, so the driveway was not easy to find by using the directions listed. All-in-all, not bad!”
