“We loved the Venture Out property the home was located on. There was ample bedding and towels of good quality and a well stocked kitchen. The house could’ve been 5 star with a little more effort put into cleaning. It appeared that floors hadn’t been mopped, surfaces hadn’t been dusted, and appliances weren’t wiped down. However, the two most important items were clean - the beds and showers! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!”

“The house is fantastic, very clean and easy to find (right near the property market). Checking in was a hassle with security telling us we weren’t on the list so we couldn’t enter the park. People in the Venture Out office finally got a hold of our concierge, who was sick and didn’t pass the information down my party was arriving. After about an hour delay, we got on the list and were able to access the home. We had to pay Venture Out security office another 130, make sure you read the fine……

“Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable. ”

“My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!”

“This place was super cute, quiet and had added extras like chairs and towels for the beach and a cooler. The ac units were a little funky (maybe because of the storm) but they responded right away and got them fixed the next day. For us, the only “downfall” was no tv in the bedroom, but that’s not a huge deal. We would definitely stay again! ”
