“We stayed the end of january. It was spacious enough for 5 adults. Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Great amenities in a perfect part of town to get wherever you need to go. Communication from host was amazing. We walked in and we felt like we were at home. There are small stairs in to the house and to two of the bedrooms. We were able to do laundry and fish off the dock. Did the heated pool which was great due to cooler weather. Good place to relax. The turtle hospital is 2……

“This is an amazing clean well-stocked house with many amenities! Kayaks, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap....we were pleasantly surprised with all the added amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was the distance from the beach. The info says a 2 minute walk, which is not accurate. But that is our only negative. It is truly a lovely house.”

“We loved the Venture Out property the home was located on. There was ample bedding and towels of good quality and a well stocked kitchen. The house could’ve been 5 star with a little more effort put into cleaning. It appeared that floors hadn’t been mopped, surfaces hadn’t been dusted, and appliances weren’t wiped down. However, the two most important items were clean - the beds and showers! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!”

“Most an amazing place, with an amazing view. Frank was great to work with if had any questions or needs. We have been coming down to Marathon for 10 years and had one place we rented be sold, this was our first year at this location. So private, pool was amazing, kitchen had everything you need, all bedrooms had own bathroom, screen porch had unreal views. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully many years in the future. A little piece of heaven on earth.”
