“This was a perfect place for our family to stay! Extremely clean, timely responses, amazing view, perfect place to walk the beach! We highly recommend this condo, and working with Maylin. The location was perfect for seeing Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach, driving to Key West, and all other things we wanted to do! We will defiantly rebook here when we come back! ”

“The property was perfect. Clean and new. Very close to Vaca Cut. Neighborhood is clean and friendly. The bathrooms were beautiful and plenty of hot water. I gave four stars for accuracy because there was no mention that you cannot park your boat trailer in the driveway, even though there was enough room and other properties on the street can. This is a community rule and I only found out because the Code Enforcement Officer knocked on the door. It is over 100 a week to park the trailer in……

“Our host were very accommodating. They have an informative booklet that explains everything in the area. Due to the climate of the Keys you will need your bug repellant for mosquitoes. The community is very quiet, we felt safe. There was a large patio for entertainment and the garden was beautiful. These hosts love their guests.”

“I had an excellent experience at this rental. I’m a traveling healthcare worker and needed somewhere to stay for the month. This was the perfect size for me and the views from the backyard are unreal. I felt safe at night, which is very important to me as a solo female. The unit was clean and has all the basic necessities for a long-term stay. I would 100% stay here again if I’m ever working in the Marathon!! ”
