“From the minute we arrived our host Hope was so helpful and accommodating. Our cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I. It has a full kitchen, nice soft bed, and the swimming was great to cool off after shopping, and the air conditioning was great. Hope helped us with many of the local places to eat and see. We already miss the cottage, and want to return! ”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay Glen and Hope! We loved the location it was convenient to travel to the Key West, yet far enough from the noise and party. Summerland Key itself is gorgeous! Few great spots for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Also every place around had fresh seafood and live music in the evening. Pool on the property was very clean and heated, which I loved since we got a few cooler days.Overall wonderful atmosphere. If we will be back to Key West next year, we will be back to stay……

“This is the second time we've stayed here. It's an amazing place! Very clean, wonderfully located, and if you are looking for water access- this spot is less than 100yards from the oceanside. In 10 minutes you're on the reef! Deep canal, easy in and out. This is a true hidden gem!”

“The house was the perfect size for our family of five (4 adults and a 7 year old) and was larger than what we expected from the photos. The property is so cozy with a huge yard and walking area. The property has a couple other cottages on it but there is plenty of space in between for privacy and doesn’t feel crowded at all. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The grills were perfect for dinner in after eating out all day. The location couldn't be more perfect, it’s secluded, yet located only 40……

“Our family stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. The property is well stocked with pretty much everything you need other than food. Very clean and nicely decorated! We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.Marcello was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions.”

“House was well equipped and everything we needed was there and clean. I'm not great at writing reviews, but we really couldn't been happier with our stay there. Location on the canal was perfect, we snorkeled and dove between Looe Key and American shoals every day. Even when the weather isn't great, the boat ride is really short. I'll definitely be looking to book again next year.”

“Cottage is fine, but inside has a little bit of deferred maintenance to be addressed. Overall had a nice solo stay while fishing. Grounds are very well kept. Manager is terrific with communication. ”
