“The staff was AMAZING! Our stay started weeks before arrival when Marla reached out to help plan our stay and was super responsive to all my inquiries. Then upon arrival, Frisner greeted us with the warmest and most welcoming smile. (more on Frisner later). At the front desk, Janis asked if we would be interested in a room upgrade but didn't stop there...to make sure the room and location met our expectations she asked Marlon (security) to show us the rooms before checking us in...Marlon gave……
