“We were pleasantly surprised with this room. It was small, but well kept with all the amenities we needed. It was secure although the window on our third floor room didn’t quite function properly. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it gets warm. There is no elevator and it is 5 rooms per floor. Watch your head as you go down as it has a low stairwell. It has nice modern decor. There was strong cigarette smell as we left in the morning, but none overnight. Wish they had……

“From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, like we were visiting friends. A lovely building, beautifully renovated and maintained, friendly owners, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We have a new 'go to' hotel in this part of the Netherlands. Try it, you wont regret ! ”

Dazu kommt, dass man sogar die Möglichkeit hat, Snacks und Getränke zu kaufen. Wir waren sehr froh dieses Herzstück gefunden zu haben und buchen es definitiv wieder. ”

“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Super Lage für einen kurzen Trip in Venlo. Alles kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Beste ist das wunderschöne Frühstückscafe direkt in der Unterkunft. ”

“Wir hatten ein schönes Gespräch zur Begrüßung mit Frau Stroot. Das Appartement ist sauber, schick und gepflegt. Es war sogar ein Fläschchen Sekt für uns parat gestellt. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Fernsicht. Dankeschön”
