“Sehr nah an der Innenstadt, 2-3 Minuten und man steht direkt am Weihnachtsmarkt. Es ist in einer Nebenstraße recht ruhig gelegen. Sehr liebe Dame am Empfang. Die Angabe, dass Mo-Do 15-?? Uhr der Empfang besetzt ist, war eine falsche Angabe. Die Dame meinte sie wäre in der Zeit jeden Tag da :) U-Bahn 2-3 Min fußläufig und von dort 5 Stationen bis zur Messe. Die Zimmer sind völlig ausreichend, Bett, kleine Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche, alles etwas älter aber alles Sauber und soweit gepflegt.……

“I could live here! We were here for 1 night and then travelled to Frankfurt. We came back to Düsseldorf and decided to reserve for an additional 2 nights due to the cleanliness and communication and value. It is actually an apartment with everything you need. Love it here. Hope to come back some time. ”

“Wir haben diese Unterkunft aufgrund der super zentralen Lage gebucht. Check In und Kommunikation hat tadellos funktioniert. Wir hatten ein bisschen Mühe, die Unterkunft zu finden, da es keine/kaum Beschilderung gibt und nichts darauf hindeutet, dass sich in dem Gebäude ein Hotel befindet. Beim einchecken ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Spülmaschine noch dreckig von den Vorbuchenden war. Wir haben dies umgehend reklamiert, und die Kommunikation via Whatsapp war professionell und freundlich, als……

“Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und sauber. Dass die Fenster keinerlei Verschattung haben, ist im Sommer bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung für mich persönlich nicht akzeptabel.”

“This hotel is in a great location near a bus stop and so easy to get to the train station. The room had a kitchenette with a separate living room/ dining area. It was well stocked with cups, plates and cookware. My only complaint is that there were no screens on the windows so we had a few visiting mosquitoes. I believe the no screens is a European thing as the hotels we stayed at in Amsterdam and Paris also didn’t have window screens. Check in was easy and great communication from the host. I……
