“Such a cozy, well-appointed place! The perfect size and location for what we needed. No need for a car—we were walking distance from downtown Raleigh, and a quick scooter/bike ride from the bus station to get to Durham. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with convenient designated parking right out back. “Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she……
