“The house worked out really well for our family. I am glad we didn't need that 3rd bed on the stay because there were no curtains on the slider door so it would not have been very private. The living room is very pretty but the couch is not comfortable. ”

“Communication couldn’t have been better. Host replied almost immediately to my messages. The condo was spacious, clean and very nice. The only down side was that it’s on the 3rd floor which is extremely difficult for seniors to haul stuff up and down. And the neighbor underneath us complained about the noise. We weren’t noisy. We did have two small children but we tried to keep their noise to a minimum. ”

“The 2 bedroom/1bath condo worked perfectly for our stay. It was centrally located, off a road that had both a nature trail and/or sidewalks to take a morning/afternoon walk. The condos bathroom was Jack and Jill in style, and the bedrooms were nice and cozy, with the laundry being a bonus! We used the coffee maker each day, along with some of the other kitchen amenities, however, did eat out durning most of our stay. We really enjoyed Anna’s Pizzeria in the downtown Apex area. “The property was in a perfect location with easy access to Carroboro dining spots and a short drive to Chapel Hill. The kitchen and bathroom were both very updated and the decor was clean and modern. The beds were not very comfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. ”

“We needed a place with a full kitchen, with a dining area, that was friendly to pets, and that was close to UNC for a weekend visit with our daughter, a UNC student. Going through the listings, this one looked like the best to fit our needs, even if it wasn't the least expensive and if it had one more bedroom than we needed.Wow, am I glad I chose this place! “Pleasantly surprised with the place once we went inside. Was great for a quick 1 night trip. Few details that could be better.. air filters need cleaned as they were coated in dust. And the shower door wasn't hung right so it leaks all over the bathroom floor”

“Great place as pictured and described! There was easy free parking (and lots of parking no matter the time), small amount of steps to get into the building, easy check in. There was a full kitchen and fridge and we were able to cook and bake some meals and store them. The towels and toilet paper were really soft! The bed was very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk to the Raleigh convention center. The place is a little bit older but still good! Would absolutely stay again! ”

“We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer……
