“Great room it just needed air conditioning as was hot and being in the ground floor next to the road we didn’t want to leave the windows open overnight. Cannot fault anything else. ”

“Had a very enjoyable short break at Decoy Barn whilst we were in the area visiting relatives. Disabled friendly room with no steps to climb which was ideal for me after recovering from leg surgery and cannot walk unaided. Breakfast is optional and very reasonable priced for the lovely food you got and plenty of it. Certainly set us up for the day! Would highly recommend. Plenty of off road parking in private car park as well. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and we definitely hope to be……

Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft. The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.”

“Great location for a last minute trip to the Suffolk Coast! Few minutes drive from Southwold. Very spacious and clean family room with a nice breakfast included. All staff we met were helpful and friendly. Would recommend. ”
