“Great little place near downtown WPB. Just me stayed here as I was in town for a baseball tournament. Nice little space and property owner was excellent. Great hospitality and I would certainly recommend this to others!”

“Nice clean place to stay, and great location especially if you have a pet. The yard is fenced in , equipped with a little putting green, and there is a small park just steps away. The house itself is equipped with everything you would possibly need --including a coffee maker and washer and dryer--and Jason the property manager was easy to communicate with and responds right way if you have any questions. ”

“This lovely guest cottage is secluded and tucked away behind the main house. The garden provides a wonderfully private space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the Old Northwood District a great place to stay. Very welcoming host and great communication. Highly recommended.”

“We were a big group of family and friends. We stayed here because of the size of the home and the location. It was GREAT! we all slept confortable. House was clean, old but clean. It is 2 properties in one, pretty cool. Debi was fast to respond to my questions. The only thing we were not to happy with was the instructions given to check out when we paid for a big cleaning fee. I feel like we did 1/2 the cleaning crew's job. but everything else was nice. ”

“NIce property within the PGA complex. Has easy access to shopping, I95/Turnpike. Lots of restaurants nearby. Property owner Ana is extremely responsive to requests concerning the property. She goes above and beyond helpfulness. My husband and I highly recommend this unit.”
