Traveling with my 92 year old father, a ground floor apartment was a must, she even had a little ramp that we could use to drive the mobility scooter into the entry way. “We had a wonderful week with our family. Giovanni is a very friendly and helpful host. The house is surrounded by so much beautiful nature. Having breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view over the Tuscan hills is like paradise. Still on walking distance you can find a bakery for a morning coffee, a pizzeria and other shops and it is only 10 minutes driving to Lucca center. The garden is enormous with endless possibilities both sun and shadow. If it gets too hot the swimming pool helps you……

“First…Tania was wonderful. She had to come a couple of because of heating issues..Always with a smile. She ordered a taxi for the train station. It is walkable but not for 2 80 yo pulling luggage. Best shower. Good lighting. Sweet balcony. Well equipped kitchen.
