“All the reception, cleaning and breakfast staff were exceptional. The only thing that spoilt the stay was the area which was beyond the control of the hotel. There was a noisy club next door and on one night there football celebrations with fireworks that would equal Disneyland set off in the street and car horns that lasted 3 hours. But was beyond the control of the hotel”

“Very elegant accommodations in a very elegant setting. Villa San Michele is everything an Italian villa should be! The building is timeless and the interior is glamorous. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and friendly!! The wine list is extensive, the food is as imaginative as it is delicious! Very convenient to Lucca and Pisa. Plenty of on-site parking. Too cool to enjoy the pool, but the setting was lovely.”
