“The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). “The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet ”

“Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. ”
