“The place was clean, cozy, and there was an excellent restaurant right across the street. Great value, as well. Also, close to the hospital, university, restaurants, and downtown. I will stay there again if I am ever back in Dayton.”

“The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in……

“It was great. The last night there was no parking available next to the property so I just parked in the front with no issues. The neighbor across the street is super sweet, I felt like I was home. I would definitely stay there again.”
