“The apartment is clean and well designed. However the AC broke the 2nd night of my 4 night stay. I reported it to the host. They said they coupd either get a portable unit or I could vacate and they would refund me my last 2 nights. So I chose to vacate. I have message details from the host saying they will refund, I also have video and pic's proving that the AC wasn't working. But now the host is refusing to refund me. I am apparently the second guest to have this issue. seconperson ”

“It was my first time in Dayton, so I wasn’t familiar with the city. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I arrived, but after spending three days there, I realized the entire city looked pretty much the same. I felt completely comfortable. The neighborhood mainly consisted of families and was very quiet, making me feel safe. The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that no high fees were associated. The only thing I think is……

“My patents were celebrating their 64 year anniversary. We wanted to celebrate with a short trip and this was the perfect location. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the walk in the woods and fishing. The covered wagon was a unique stay and one we will remember.”

“Absolutely do not stay at this property. The owner runs it through a property manager so he doesnt really care what's going on. The property manager left cleaning supplies in the middle of the floor, dishes still out, only one towel for multiple people, no hand towels, a dirty fridge, left overs inside the fridge, bath rug hanging on the towel rack, and no flat sheets on the beds. 10/10 would never even think about renting this again. Decided to cancel our reservation and recieved no refund. Not……
