“Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!”

The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. My main problem was the communication: As I booked via hotels.com, a plethora of conflicting and confusing information follwed (e.g. you have to check-in elswhere; we will reveal information if you give us……
