“This was my first time staying with VRBO. It was a million dollar view. There were just a few minor things that were mentioned before on other reviews that were not taken care of such as the hole in the master bedroom door, the smell of sewage in the kitchen the garbage disposal area, and also the stairs down to the dock area didn't seem too stable. I would have liked to have seen the fountain on but I do realize it's earlier in the year. The owners may want to change the curtains because not……

“What an absolutely beautiful home and location. The master bedroom is to die for!!! There is a ton of space, plenty of kitchen utensils, and the hot tub was awesome. I can't recommend this gorgeous estate enough. ”

“The house was perfect for our stay with myself, my husband, our baby and toddler, and our dog. The location is a quick drive to most things, and super close to Deep Creek State Park where we did some hiking. The house was nothing fancy, but comfortable and met all of our needs. The communication with Vacasa, though, was subpar. There was a boat randomly parked at the dock starting on day 2 of our weeklong stay. After it was there for a full day I messaged asking if it was supposed to be there……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs……

“The house was very convenient & comfortable, and we enjoyed it as a base for our get-together. I only have some minor quibbles. For example, there was some conflicting information about firewood and towels in the info provided (both were provided at the house). Also, the area around the hot tub was a bit dirty but we just we just grabbed a broom and cleaned it up. Other than those very minor things, we very much enjoyed our stay.”

Very family oriented yet still well decorated and the amenities inside were perfect - a pool table , games - 2 fireplaces - one a wood burning stove - furniture was comfortable! We would rent this home again ! ”

“I have brought my Youth Group here for the 3rd year in a row and it is becoming a favorite destination! While the house does have its little quirks, like years old carpet stains and mismatching light bulbs, we have come back year after year and have seen things improve around the house. It is a cozy place to bring any large group!”

“Overall very nice stay with great amenities! One member of my group got there early, we asked for him to be allowed in early, they said yes but unforunately he could not get into the house. There was no cell service at the house so he couldn’t reach out to anyone. That sucked, but everything else was awesome”
